Official: Atlantic Canada's Number One Honda Service Department In 2020 Is Centennial Honda

Centennial Honda's service department is officially ranked as 2020's No.1 Honda service department in Atlantic Canada for customer satisfaction.

Who decided? Customers. A thousand customers.

After each visit to our service department, customers receive an email from Honda Service Canada requesting information about their recent service visit. "We at Honda would like to hear about your recent service experience," the email says, and asks customers to spend 5 to 10 minutes answering a few questions. (If you're curious, the questions are displayed below.)

Centennial Honda's rate of customer satisfaction, based on the hundreds of survey responses every quarter, is now the highest among 25 Honda stores in Atlantic Canada.

"It's totally a team effort," says Ernie MacDonald, who’s been the fixed operations manager at Centennial Honda since early 2018. "Nobody could do this by themselves."

"Our service team includes technicians and apprentices, service advisors, warranty administrators, appointment coordinators, detailers, parts advisors, and lot managers. I'll even give the showroom team credit for helping out when they can!"

2021 marks Centennial Auto Group's 42nd year in Prince Edward Island's automotive industry. Centennial has been in the Honda business since 1999.

"We've always been big believers in the power of Honda," says Tyler Kember, managing partner at Centennial Auto Group. "And we've always been big believers in our team. We feel we have the best people in the business."

"Thanks to all of the customers who supported us in 2020 and took the time to share their experience, there's now even more proof that Centennial Honda is the industry leader."

Now ranked No.3 among 236 Honda service departments across Canada, Centennial Honda's goal for 2021 is just what you'd expect. We're on our way to the top.
